Q. Is there
a cost to "Join the Club"?
A. No. Membership is Free.
Q. What makes
WSV different from other sites?
A. WSV
is one of the only sites whose focus is protecting our members from renting
homes in violation of city ordinances or home owner rules and regulations. Before
a US property is listed on the WSV
we contact property managers, home owner associations and other organizations to
confirm eligibility of short term rentals! WSV
is more concerned with the quality of our listings, the integrity of our
site and the satisfaction of our members than building a huge database of listings.
Q. Do I
have to create an account to access the site?
A. Yes. Everyone must create an account and activate your email address to access
the site
Q. How do
I create an account?
A. Click "Join the
Club" on the header line. At the bottom of the page click, "Join the Club".
Q. I created an account and received and activation email. I tried to login as a member but received the message “Login Failed”, Why?
A.Once you create an account, you will receive the message, “Congratulations, Your User Account has been created, and Activation Email has been sent to your email account”. You MUST check your email account. Included in the Activation Letter will you find a Link http://www.withsasavvyvacations.com/activateuser.aspx?user id Click or copy and paste this link to your browser’s address window to activate your account”!! Once you click on this link your account will be activated and you will have full access to the site.
Q. I joined
the club and now want to list my property. How do I list my property at a later
date?
A. A.Login with your user id and password. Click on “Member” on the header bar. Select
“List a Property” and follow the “Input Wizard” 7 easy steps.
Q. Will
I have full access to the site?
A. Yes. As a member you will have full access to the
WSV site.
Q. Will
I have to login every time to see "View Details" on a listing?
A. Yes, after you create an account and login, you will have full access to the site and View
The details on all properties listed on the site.
Q. How can I update
my account information?
A. Click on "Member" anywhere on the site and Login. You may update your account
information, view your favorite sites and change your profile to name a few.
Q. I forgot
my password, how can I retrieve it?
A. Click on "Forgot Password" on the Login Screen. Enter your User Name and your
password will be send to your mail account on file.
Q. How will
I know a property offers discounts to members?
A. Properties offering discounts are identified by the symbol on the listing..
Q. How do
I leave feedback on my rental experience on a listed property?
A. As a member
you can leave honest feedback of your rental experience. Each property has a feed
back section at the bottom of the listing (must
follow the feedback guideline and protocol). Your feedback can not be altered or deleted by the homeowner or property
manager.
Q. How do I know
the properties advertised are legitimate?
A. All of our
membership-based properties go through our prescreening approval process. We verify
that all our US listings are eligible for vacation and short term rentals (where
applicable, we contact Property Managers, Homeowner Associations and other organizations)
and we offer comprehensive member and homeowner feedback forums. If we receive overwhelming
negative feedback from members or homeowners regarding the quality of a property
or the behavior of a renter, we will remove the property and or member from our
database! It's that simple! .
Q. Who
do I contact if a property listed is in violation of HOA or City ordinances?
A. If you discover
a property listed on the WSV site is illegal, in violation of city
Ordinances or is of poor quality, please notify
customerservice@withsavvyvacations.com
immediately. Our staff will verify the complaint and the property will be removed
from the site.
Q. Who do I contact
if problems occur while renting the property?
A. All rental
properties listed on
WSV are handled by the homeowner or property
manager. Members are encouraged to ask the responsible party for details.
Q. Can I
provide feedback on my rental experience with the manager or owner of the property?
A. Yes, as
a member of the
WSV site, you may leave honest feedback regarding
your Rental experience. Your feedback can not be deleted or modified by the Homeowner
or property manager, however, must follow our feedback guidelines.
Q. How do I reserve
a property?
A. Each listing has
a "Send Inquiry" button located at the bottom of page. Your inquiry Is sent directly
to the homeowner or property manager who will contact you regarding availability.
Q. How do
I contact the owner or management?
A. Click the
"Send Inquiry" button at the bottom of each listing. Your inquiry is emailed directly
to the owner or property manager.
Q. What
should I do if homeowners or managers do not respond to my inquiries?
A. Homeowners
and managers usually respond to inquiries within 24 to 48 hours. If you do not receive
a response within that time frame, we suggest you send another request. if you do
not get an answer, send an email to
customerservice@withsavvyvacations.com
we will send a message to the homeowner.

Q. How do
I list my property on WSV?
A. You must create
an account by clicking "Join the Club". After you activate your email address and
login, click "List a Property" from the drop down menu and follow the "Input Wizard"
7 easy steps.
Q. What
is the cost to List Your Property?
A. Our normal
rate to List Your Property is $199.00 and includes 6 photos. Please check the "Promotions"
tab under "Helpful Links" for specials.
Q.

Q. If it
is discovered that falsely I checked the box on the "Property Verification Form"
Stating "My property is not affiliated with any Association", what are the consequences?
A. If a property
is deemed ineligible because of false statements on the application, your property
will be removed immediately and refunds will not be given, period!
Q. How do
I update my listing?
A. Click on
the "Member" header anywhere on the site. Under the "Member" section you have full
access to your listing and account information.
Q. Can you
list or modify my property listing for me?
A. Yes, we
can assist you with your listing once or twice as a courtesy. Our "Input Wizard"
Is user friendly and will guide you though the listing process.
Q. I listed
my property, however, it is not visible on the site, why?
A. Every property listed on
WSV is checked for eligibility
(where applicable). If your property is a member of a Homeowners Assoc. it can take
up to 48 hours for our staff to get confirmation from the association and your property
is activated.
Q. How do
I respond to Inquiries?
A.
Click or
cut and paste to your browsers address section, the link attached to the "Inquiry
Request" email. You will be redirected to "View Inquiries" under the "Member" Header
on
WSV.
Q. How do
I remove my listing from the site?
A. send an email
customerservice@withsavvyvacations.com we will honor your request.
Q. Can I
leave feedback on members who have rented my property?
A. Yes, login to
your
"Members" menu and scroll down to
"Update/View" listing. At the bottom of the
listing you will you can leave messages in the "Feedback" area (all feedback must
follow protocol and guidelines provided).
Q. What
is the Availability Calendar?
A. The Availability
Calendar is a free tool on every listing that allows the owner or Manager to schedule
when their property is available or booked.
Q. I use
the Availability Calendar, however, members continue to contact me with Availability
questions, why?
A. Often members
will send an inquiry to confirm if a cancellation may have occurred or Have specific
questions about alternative dates.
Q. How many
Featured Property Slots are on the Home Page?
A. There are 12 Featured
Property Slots on the WSV Home Page.
Q. What is the
cost for a Featured Property Slot?
A. The cost
for our premier Feature Property slot is $299.00,
however, check "Promotions"
under "Helpful Link"
as we often run specials. In addition, you may send us and email at
customerservice@withsavvyvacations.com.
Q. How can
I list my property as a Featured Property?
A. The Featured Property
section is under
"List a Property" "Input Wizard" option
Step: 7 - "Payment Information".
Select 'yes' under the drop down next to Become a Featured property and continue
the payment section. If there are no open slots, a message "no available slots"
will appear.
Q. How can
I list my property as a Featured Property after my property is listed?
A.
Login and select
“Member” click the “Feature Property Request” button
Q. How many
photos can I add to my listing?
A. Each paid
listing includes 6 photos. Only 1 image per picture is allowed. No collages, URL's
linked to multiple picture links, or photos with multiple properties are allowed.
Q. Can I
purchase additional photos for my listing over the 6 included?
A. At this
time 6 photos is the maximum. Please check the site as we are constantly adding
New features and improvements.
Q. What
type of payments do you accept for listing a property?
A. All payments are redirected to PayPal secure online site. Once your transaction
Is completed, PayPal will redirect you back to the WSV site.
Q. Who do I contact if I have questions about a charge or credit to my Credit Card?
A. All transactions are handled though PayPal. Please contact PayPal directly.
Q. If I
experience System Errors on the site, who do I contact?
A. Contact webmaster@withsavvyvacations.com .Your
problem will be handled Within 24
hours.
Q. Who do I contact for site or membership questions?

Q. What should I do if I can't receive emails?
A. Check your spam
account as some email accounts filters may deposit incoming inquiries
in your spam blocker
